If your order is a customised order, to guarantee the highest level of quality, we take approximately 15 business day to complete your jewellery. Once it is completed, it will be shipped via Bluedart and ecom courier for domestic orders and international orders, and could take approximately 15 business days to arrive, depending on your country.

All our products are IGI certified, and you will receive an authentic IGI certificate – a comprehensive analysis and clear documentation – of your jewellery. This will empower you to purchase or sell your jewels with full assurance and integrity.

Your Sparkles jewellery will arrive in our signature Sparkles gift box, securely placed in a cloth bag, and accompanied with a complimentary cleaning cloth (depending on the item in question).

We offer a lifetime service of free repairs, and this includes resizing of a diamond. For more information on this, please contact our customer care representatives.

With our fabulous 30-day return policy, you can order any item from Sparkles, keep it for 30 days and if it’s not something you love or you find a fault with it, you can return it with no fees attached.

The product must be returned in new condition along with all its original documents and collateral. Although we are confident you will love your item, in case you would like to exchange it, we have a lifetime 100% exchange policy. Through this policy, you can exchange any old product for a new design. You will receive a product of the same value as what you had purchased before. Please note: value refers to the invoice amount after discount).*

You are eligible for this exchange policy if the following conditions are met:

  • The jewellery is undamaged, unaltered and in a good condition
  • You exchange the jewellery with all of its original certificates of authentication
  • You have the original invoice.
  • All free accessories, including box and more is also returned in an original condition, or subject to replacement fee.
